Are you accepting new NDIS participants?

Yes. Alpha Disability Support is currently accepting new NDIS participants across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. We welcome referrals from participants, families, support coordinators, recovery coaches and local area coordinators (LACs).

What areas of Melbourne do you service?

We provide services across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, including Mulgrave, Wheelers Hill, Glen Waverley, Dandenong, Springvale, Noble Park, Clayton, Blackburn, Forest Hill and nearby areas. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us to discuss your support needs.

Do you support plan-managed participants?

Yes. We support plan-managed participants and can work directly with your plan manager to process service bookings and invoices.

Do you support self-managed participants?

Yes. We welcome self-managed participants and can provide flexible support arrangements tailored to your individual goals and preferences.

Do you support NDIA-managed participants?

Yes. We can support NDIA-managed participants where appropriate funding and service agreements are in place.

Do you work with support coordinators?

Absolutely. We regularly work alongside support coordinators, recovery coaches, allied health professionals, families and carers to ensure participants receive coordinated and effective support.

Can a support coordinator refer a participant?

Yes. Support coordinators can refer participants directly to Alpha Disability Support. We aim to respond promptly to referrals and discuss suitable support options based on the participant’s goals and needs.

Yes. We provide support for participants living with mental health conditions and psychosocial disabilities. Our focus is on building confidence, independence, community engagement and daily living skills.

Do you support psychosocial disabilities?

Yes. We support participants with psychosocial disabilities by assisting with routine building, social participation, community access, emotional wellbeing and independent living goals.
